Hey there! 

well for the first one I had a big ass speedlight flash pointing at a nearby rock to the right of her, which creates the really nice even shot.

for the second and third, I guess I just got lucky with my popup flash! Honestly it was on TTL mode and my bigger flash had run out of batteries so I had to resort to that one :)
